When your tax return is prepared, the information is entered into our computer system and saved there for future reference. If you so choose (which many do) to have the return filed immediately, we will submit it electronically. This is done over a totally secure connection and there is no risk of loss of your personal information. Once the return is processed by the IRS and state department of taxation, we receive confirmation.
If you have applied for a refund anticipation loan, or other quick refund, the information for the loan is also transmitted. Once the return is received and approved, we will provide you an ESTIMATE as to when your refund will arrive.
There has been a high level of success with the refund anticipation loans being approved within a few hours.
